Shipping policy

UK ORDERS

All orders over £100 benefit from FREE delivery via courier, while orders below £100 will incur a £5 delivery charge. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive unless you've requested Next day delivery. We aim to send out deliveries within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Or if we do not have something in enough quantity or you are interested in additional products you can request a pre order. You're welcome to get in touch or stop by any time during our opening times, but to pick up a wholesale order please do make an appointment before coming:

Mon-Sat 10.00 to 18.00 
Sun 11.00 to 17.00

EU ORDERS

Although we would like to offer this, we are unable to offer free delivery for Europe at this time. The delivery charges can fluctuate but automatically calculated in checkout and we kindly request you to proceed to checkout to see current shipping costs for your location. Any requests you have for shipping or other information you are welcome to contact us, so we can assist you if needed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All parcels are sent out using tracked deliveries. If in an unfortunate event the courier damaged your parcel please do not accept the delivery and request a return to sender, and contact us so we can try to sort it out for you.

Please note that weather conditions and postal delays are outside of our control. Some times couriers can be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances in which case we kindly request you to check the tracking number. We are unable to make a lost claim until 2 weeks have passed in the event of a lost parcel.
